We try to keep most of the products on the site in stock and available for express delivery (1-5 working days).
If an item is out of stock we will place with our suppliers as soon as the order is received.
Once we have received your order we’ll call you (within 24 hours) to confirm a suitable delivery slot so please try to include a contact phone number with your order.
If you have a preferred delivery date please add this to “Customer Notes” on the order form and we’ll do our best to achieve it .
We deliver Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm.
Please note that our standard delivery service is to the first door of the property. Failed delivery attempts are charged at £35.

To qualify for next working day delivery the item must be ordered and paid for by 12 pm (midday).
Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched the same day but will not be delivered until Monday. If a deliver is missed the carrier will post a card through your door for you to call them and arrange a suitable delivery time.

The customer needs to ensure that items are checked on delivery before signing for them. We regret that we cannot be liable for damaged items through our couriers which have been checked and signed for by the customer as ok. If the Box/Packaging is damaged please advise the driver to amend his paper work to include damaged before signing. Should your item arrive damaged, we ask that you do not sign for the item and insist that the item is returned to us. By signing for the item you are declaring that you have received the item in good condition.
